The New Year seems to spawn unrealistic goals for most, including myself. However, for 2016 I believe it will be beneficial to all who decide they will join in on the “resolutions” and set a more realistic goal. A goal that does not intimidate you.
How do you plan to spend your 2016? Have you set any unrealistic goals? Try looking deep down inside and really set a goal or two that you feel you can handle. For instance, a goal to start exercising more than you are doing right now. Expand your current workout by five extra minutes at first and gradually work your way up.
I am starting the New Year off right. I have set my goals for things I want to accomplish. I have not set any unrealistic goals. I have acknowledged that life happens, and when it does, I know its ok if I don’t get to something at that moment. As long as I know, I have to get right back to what I have set for myself.
