What is it & What does it mean?
You’re a busy working mom looking to recharge your mind, body, and soul. You have not time to do much, but you know you need to do something quick!
Its time for you to give yourself an overhaul. You’ve tried everything else. But, still you’re not getting the results you wanted.
I know exactly how you feel. I’ve been there. Not really sure on what I am doing wrong. Just knowing you need to try something different.
In my personal journey, I eat fairly well & exercised when I could. Not eating the foods I seem to not be able to have like dairy items. Anything that will give my indigestion, fatty fried foods. But, still I have the every so often pain in my stomach that the doctors say it all comes down to lifestyle.
I started to get anxiety around food. Feeling depressed when we would go out & everyone will be enjoying their meal and here I am completely sad about what I can’t have on the menu. “There is nothing for me to eat.”
All this anxiety was not good for my health. I kept feeling like I was missing something. Earlier in the year, I made a promise to myself that I would do what I can to tackle this by taking care of my mind, body & soul. I thought I was on the right track, until I felt I wasn’t making any lead way to completely feeling great.
That’s when I decided to go back to the basics. Take it back to what I learned after having my 3rd baby. At that time I learned some simple techniques to help myself as a busy mom to help me lose my baby weight. It was well justified, I had just had my 3rd child & I wanted to lose all the weight I gained. Now, don’t get me wrong, its not really about the weight. But, I thought what if I take that & merge it with something else I love to do writing journals.
The deal I made with my then trainer was that I was to write down my food intake so I can become more consciously aware of what I was putting into my body.
Then it hit me!
What would happen if I kept track of all my daily activities for 30 days?
Keeping track of what I was eating, drinking.
When I was sleeping.
What I was feeding my mind & spirit.
That’s when I came up with the 30-day super life journal.
I am all about living your super life! And whatever that means for you.
Many people think its unattainable to be “super.” But, in actuality its not.
Anyone is capable to being super, you just have to believe you are.

I’m not just saying it. I have tried it. I started noticing changes in myself the 1st week. Why? Because I wanted to. I held myself accountable to making a change.
The idea with this journal is to be TRUTHFUL with yourself. That is the only way it will work. It is not a get the magically know all way to a better life because only you know what is magically powerful for you. You have the tools inside you to life the Super Life you want.
This is just a tool to use to help you figure it out.
Now everyone may not have the same 1st week result as I did. But, don’t let that hinder your growth. The purpose of this is for you to consciously be aware of how you are taking care of your overall health by holding yourself accountable for everything you are doing & not doing.
